位置很棒，酒店沒有自己的停車場，但是對面就是大購物中心的地下車場，24小時12英鎊，很方便。酒店的服務員都很友好，廚房的師傅也很棒，食材很新鮮，我們都回酒店點餐。下回再來還住這裏😀

A massive thank you to SOPHIE. For taking care of us at the hotel. it was a delight and made all the more better by Sophie who made us feel so welcome and. made sure the room was perfect for us. She went above and beyond and we really appreciate her kindness, friendliness and above all Professionalism. The rest of the staff were also really brilliant too. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay very much and would especially like to thank Carlos from the kitchen particularly for his friendly attitude, culinary service, delicious food and attention to detail in your selections. With warm attitudes and good sleep, you always feel at home.

A few minor issues with housekeeping out of hours. Spilt a drink on the bed and was unable to source clean linen. A few issues with dinner service and wait times due to breakfast staff being out on the dinner shift and feeling a little lost and unsupported. However the scrambled eggs from Carlos in the morning were amazing and more than made up for it!

It was usual Premier Inn. Lovely location, to allow us to walk through the town. But the sweetest part was Carlos in the restaurant, who made sure I am looked after during the breakfast. Really sweet approach. You don’t see this on hotels that often. He made my day. Thank you.

First time staying in a Premier Inn. Quite cozy hotel. Very comfortable and clean. We had a pleasant stay there and would go back next time we around that neighborhood. Mostly everybody who worked there were very helpful from the minute we got there to the minute we left. Karen, Shaenu and Arita were spectacular as well as Carlos the chef who never complained in doing my well done eggs. Pete the handyman was very knowledgeable and always made sure everything was up and running to standard.

My mother was a ninety-eight year old visitor to the hotel from the 11th to 13th April 2025, staying for a wedding. She found the staff in general to be friendly. Carlos, in particular, was extremely helpful and courteous when she came down for breakfast.
