This is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment with elevator within a gated development. One private parking space is included for your convenience ( maximum height 2.14m). The balcony gives you unrestricted views of the sea and the Mourne Mountains. The property is situated on the promenade right in the centre of Newcastle with shops, restaurants, bars and the beach all on your doorstep. Also Royal Co Down Golf course is 10 minutes walk away. This is the perfect seaside resort for walkers, golfers and families.
The property has a large open plan living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen leading onto private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds or can be converted into a super king bed upon request. There is also a separate bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. Dream Spot
With a relaxing view of the ocean and the coast, and the central location, this well-appointed apartment was a wonderful spot to stop and revisit Newcastle.Will definitely try to book here again should we be fortunate enough to return.

Ideal, safe location with a view of the Irish Sea from the balcony. Pubs, restaurants and ice cream all within walking distance. Responsive, helpful host...
