Terrible place to stay, we walked into the lobby and the guy wouldn’t get off his cell phone call, then when we finally got checked in the curtain was down and instead of switching us rooms they had two guys come in and try to fix it which didn’t seem professional. If you plan on staying anywhere don’t stay here so not worth trying to save a couple extra bucks. Then when we tried to request a refund after all that the guy had to call his uncle to find out and then refused. Horrible place!

This was a nice little hotel for the price. My room was clean and the staff was friendly and this was in a great location. I appreciated being able to walk to the bank and travel center and nearby restaurants, but enjoyed that the hotel was a 100 yards or so away from the busy intersection - which meant the room was quiet and I slept very well.

This place is a total dive...Please never stay here. We pulled up and had concerns about the lack of maintenance. I went inside and there was an old maintenance person behind the front desk who was very drunk or was intoxicated by something. The so called owner or manager came and took the guy out side and yelled at him for several minutes. My concern went up, when this was going on I was looking at the care of the front desk, very below standard, more concern. When the guy came back in I ask him if I could see the room, that my son had allergies.I went and looked at the unclean room with mold and mildew. At this point I wasn't staying here, The guy became rude and indignant. This is the first complaint I have ever written in my life. I will write complaints on this hotel on every site I can find... This place is the bottom of the barrel, none of the pictures are current, definitely be aware for the safety of your family. Wyoming beautiful with wonderful people, this place is not. Stay elsewhere.

Clean room, good bed, plumbing worked as expected, I hope to stay here again. WIFI was a plus, thank you . Good Channels on the TV too ! Most RV and camper traffic may need to park at the truck stop on the shared property line. Easy parking for single vehicles. Some food at truck stop including Taco Johns and a hot grill in the truck stop store. Thanks for a positive experience folks !
