Warm welcome from Marc, the accommodation was fantastic, so many little touches that makes it feel like home from home. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast exceptional. Close to Newcastle and airport. We will definitely return as we loved our stay

I booked a room at Hemples Lodge for a short stay to attend a local wedding. There were a significant amount of people travelling in and a local chain hotel over booked 14 rooms! Luckily for me I found Hemples Lodge and what a beautiful property. The rooms are well designed, clean, lots of great amenities to make your stay more comfortable. There were two large TVs with Newflox, Amazon prime, a games console and sound system for all your entertainment needs. Breakfast was delicious, but the facilities were a nice addition (coffee machine, kettle, iron etc.) The hosts are friendly and can’t do enough for guests.

My wife and I stayed at Hemples Lodge when we went to a wedding at nearby Horton Grange. The property was fantastic - immaculate inside and out, with great facilities including two TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime, a smart speaker and even an X-Box! The owner, Marc, was very friendly and helpful, including excellent communication before we arrived. Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning and was delicious, the perfect way to start the day! Very highly recommended accommodation, we will definitely be staying again!

We came upon this by chance on google when looking for accommodation for one night. We didn’t want to stay in airport hotels. What a find!! The owners were attentive from the outset and updated us fully, checked our arrival times and took our breakfast order. The room (West Wing) was immaculate and the breakfast second to none. We would recommend this to anyone. Thank you Marc and family :0)

Lovely , stylish place. We were here for the airport so could only stay for the night but would love to come back for a longer stay . A great wee find which would be ideal for a short break at any time

Absolutely shocking service!! Paid £150 to stay here to be told we can’t arrive after our flight at midnight, no refund and owner just terrible! Please don’t stay here as why would you say you need to arrive before 9pm!!!! Absolutely terrible will be telling al our friends and family never to stay

Perfect place to stay. Great host and room was exceptional. Home from home. We stayed on a Saturday night and went to an event in Newcastle. Easy enough to get there and back, and Marc helped us with taxi numbers.
