Arrived at hotel fine, all seemed well until we got into the room and realised it hadn't been cleaned, were moved to another floor. Dinner. Am gluten intolerant, no dedicated menu, rather a ringbinder to com through. Delays in service of 50 minutes, nobody bothering to let us know delay or check in with us, portions small, food not particularly warm and appeared to have just been thrown on the plate. At no point did anyone check how we were, update us on what was happening or apologise for the delay. Would never have expected such an awful experience from a chain priding itself on a good night's sleep. We were partially refunded and the breakfast food and service were excellent, but neither really mitigated such a terrible experience ahead of our flight out of the airport.
