Very nice reception employee, very helpfull. Great big room with a wonderfull view over the heat and town square. Complete room equipment. Lot's of space. Large bed, (mattress was a little poor) nice bathroom with a bath and shower (needs a little maintance). Good value for the money. Book the dinner/breakfast deal, it's a good deal. Nice food, great cocktails, wonderfull breakfast. Breakfast service is great, especially the waiter in the morning is making breakfast a good experience. Nice guy!

Room clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay with the exception of tea/coffee sachets. These were all readily available in reception. Unsure if room should’ve had some in or whether policy has changed? Wasn’t mentioned at booking in stage. All you can eat breakfast at £10.99 was good value with a vast choice of cooked and uncooked food. Thumbs up to Dermot who managed the busy breakfast room. Very composed and attentive.

Could not believe my self and my small family was turned away from having breakfast as a walk in custom. We have been coming to the premier inn for the last 3 years . NOT ANYMORE ..there where loads of tables available, the young girl just said sorry we are full.

The lady’s on the desk who checked us in we’re very sweet and very helpful,think there names are Maria and Katie Door was spotless and breakfast was good.would definitely recommend staying here We have another booking for November to hopefully see the same girls on the desk

It was really tidy and the guy on the reception was really friendly towards us arriving early Every time I come here it’s always really nice I love it here to see friends and we love Newmarket and their always friendly always and we love premier inn

Marko, the awesome American gave great service and was great to talk to. He is a huge asset to your team. His mannerisms and the way he dealt with situations and other customers while dealing with my problem was next to none. Really brings a sense of joy to the hotel!! Thank you

I appreciate the central location with free parking adjacent. It is walking distance from the national horse racing museum, pubs, and restaurants. We were welcomed with a warm greeting by receptionist whose restaurant recommendations were spot on. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

This hotel is amazing the staff are fantastic and try very hard to make sure your stay is happy,from little treats in your room to sweeties on the desk when arriving nothing to much trouble. Rooms are clean need a little update but Every thing you need and adequate well done

Very clean rooms and friendly staff, when heating wasn’t working in our room they were very efficient in changing rooms for us which was lovely great value for money and good location to go out and about on the town would defo stay here again near summer
