Guests are welcome to go to the Nye Beach turnaround a block away if they do not want to use the private beach access.A laundry room is available on the 1st and 3rd floors between 9am-9pm. The building is home to short-term properties, and long-term homeowners. We ask that guests are considerate of others in the building at all times. If a guest is seen smoking or vaping on property, the on-site manager will ask that they leave.
