Llwyngwair Manor, Newport, Pembrokeshire

Stayed in the touring field in our tents for 2 nights and it was absolutely perfect!.. the Manor and the grounds are absolutely beautiful and immaculately kept. Waking up to the birds sweeting (and a few very loud crows) and hearing the river flowing was the most relaxing thing ever. We didn’t encounter any staff (other than a young girl who worked in the bar and she was lovely). We were just left to our own devices to enjoy ourselves. There was a lovely toilet block with showers and a utility room containing, 2 large sinks, a full size fridge freezer, kettle and microwave and everything was lovely and clean… could not fault this place.. absolutely fantastic!

We arrived here on 24th may for 1 week, still here staying in bridewell lodge, peaceful, private, great views. Lodge is amazing exactly as described and looked exactly like photos. Went to Manor House for lunch, food and drink prices very reasonable. Staff very friendly

We haven’t been here for around 5 years and Waw, what a difference. The food was outstanding and very tasty. Plenty of activities to do including crazy golf, a sports complex containing a golf simulator and interactive darts and a room in the manor containing a pool table and two skittle rinks. We will be back.

We visited today and used the 4 activities for £12 deal as the storm was brewing! We started with the golf which is a fantastically well kept course. We loved the owl who hoofed as we went past. I even got a hole in one! Then to the darts with half an hour of games with an interactive element. Some shuffleboard and then to the duckpin bowling. This place is a hidden gem and well worth a visit with children. Thanks to everyone who helped make our day a fun one.

What a gem .....a beautiful site with the most amazing grounds a place of natural beauty from the moment you enter the front gate. Everyone we met were so friendly, the staff exceptional. We were lucky enough to be there the weekend of a charity tractor run, with lovely live music and a BBQ. Would definitely recommend a holiday here, truly a hidden gem. Exceptionally clean and food offered was delicious.....truly the loveliest site we have visited and so many beautiful places to visit locally.

Lovely rooms, tea coffee in room. Lovely beds. We had an issue with my mum being on the 2nd floor as no lift being as old building, but they moved her to the 1st floor without issue. Breakfast really nice and good choice. Nice mini golf, cosy atmosphere, lovely surroundings next to a stream. Would recommend a stay.
