Nestled amongst the quant cottages in the heart of the pretty waterside village of Newton Ferrers Hillside Cottage is a beautifully appointed property having been completely renovated recently. You enter into the fully equipped galley kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine, coffee machine and air fryer. Leading off the kitchen is the cosy sitting area with large TV and dining area and then down a small step into the bedroom with fitted wardrobes and TV. Outside is a private sunny courtyard which also offers secure storage for paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles etc. We are in the centre of the village with a short walk to the pubs and shops and water access less than 1 minute walk - perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking. We are close to the South West Coast Path offering breath taking views. Plymouth is a short drive away, great for shopping, sight seeing or a trip to the theatre.
