This is not a motel anymore, they took our booking for ourselves and another of our family, when we arrived it turns out it is a boarding house therefore had to try and find alternative accommodation at last minute. They should be delisted as a motel or cancel their booking site, very disappointed.

This is not a motel. DO NOT BOOK! It is used as a boarding house only. A sign on the door warns you tocheck your bank account to make sure no money has been removed. They need to delete all their websites for bookings but for "some" reason they don't.

Older style property, however the room was immaculate, the stainless steel was so shiny!! We were in a back room and noise was not an issue. Queen bed, two seat dining table, kitchenette with small fridge. Everything we needed for a couple of nights. Our dog was welcome to stay with us. There is a big dog on the property who is called cruise, and he is a cruiser and just wants a cuddle. This could be quite scary if you’re not used to big dogs, we are so no drama for us.

Absolutly appalling customer service, we were booked in for tomorrow the 24th and 25th of Novemeber. I was rung this morning (23rd of November ) with them cancelling my booking because they apparently now have permanant guests . Bearing in mind this is the second time they have done this to us,( so I guess the permanant guests arent actually so permanant) so when I booked our Novemebr trip ( which by the way I booked back on the 1st of August !!!) I expressly asked when booking if we were likely to be bumped for someone else, they gave a categoric assurence that we would not lose our booking/room yet here we are. Wont bother again
