Firstly, the staff was friendly, helpful and very cooperative..location distance around 1-2km from malioborro street with some amenities.the room given with balcony but the funny thing is the balcony was blocked view and unable to enjoy the balcony because it's very near with AC compressor so it's very hot..

Have to battle for an iron. Please ask management to buy new iron. Thank you

Room Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us.

Had a pleasant stay at Ayaartta. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the room was clean, with housekeeping tidying up everyday without fail. As for the size, it was adequate, a normal sized room similar to other hotels. I would say that all the staff (from the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant) were really courteous and helpful. It was service with a smile all day. The hotel is situated on a very busy main street about 15 minutes walk from Malioboro Street. Getting around was very easy as Grab rides were readily available. I also noticed bus stops nearby which makes it convenient if you want to try the bus services. Overall, it was more than worth the money paid. Dont expect too much though as this is not a luxury hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and everything was perfect. We opted for breakfast buffet and we loved that we were surprised with new dishes each morning. Staff were exceptional as well. Located in a good location. And plus point - hairdryer is provided.

As always, I truly love this accommodation. This is my second stay here. It offers excellent value, a prime location, and a well-maintained building. Keep up the outstanding work! I will definitely return.

Great hotel, with clean and comfy bedroom. Conveniently located near Malioboro street. Breakfast is also really nice, with a wide selection of things to choose from. There’s also a swimming pool you can use until 7 pm. Best in deal in reasonable price. Recommended.

I like the breakfast, value for money, they serve rice, noodle, cooked vege, and Soto Ayam everyday, they also have egg and salad corner, desserts, jamu drink everyday. Less helpful for front desk but I’m fine with it as I only need the info and sought things out myself. Will come again if I ever visit jogja again.
