Hanz Oceanus Muong Thanh Vien Trieu Condo Hotel

There are many "owners" in this single high rise located at 2 Nguyen Thị Minh Khai. We made the huge mistake of booking a 3 night stay with the owner named "JK Boutique Oceanfront Panorama Residence" at this address through booking dot com. Check in was chaotic as there is a common "front desk" for all owners, so after "checking in" at this front desk we still had to stand and wait for more than 30 minutes (until 4:00 pm) to have a "customer service" person came to pick us up, despite the advertised check in time of 2:00 pm. But the nightmare didn't end there. Our top of the line 55 square meter ocean view king suite is just a basic apartment with a long and narrow balcony (which is counted into the total area). As we walked into the bathroom we were met with a bath-tub and wash-basin were full of black molds (yuk!), and when we found out a bit later that the advertised safety-box is not present, we were at our last straw. After my call to inform her about the missing safety box, the petite customer service lady returned to our room about 20 minutes later with the missing safety-box in her hands, asking us to place it as a free standing item inside the wooden storage cabinet, an extremely convenient way of telling the thefts to just take the whole box with them as this is where all the valuables are. At that point we decided that we can't waste 3 nights of our previous vacation there, so we called and messaged the owner (using info provided by the customer service lady) to get a refund of the full cost that was charged on my credit card 40 days before, but we got absolutely no response. We didn't want to waste any more of our vacation time so we rolled our luggage to true 5 star hotel nearby, the Intercontinental Nha Trang, and we had no regret. About one month later, we're still trying to get our money back through booking dot com, and will dispute the charge if that is not successful. What really disgusted us is that the owner actually had the gut to mark our reservation as being "cancelled due to invalid credit card information", and because of that, we cannot even leave a review on booking dot com!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
