The staff of the hotel had taken a spoon out of the room and when I checked out accused me of stealing that spoon. I had never met such a shamful attitutude before. No problem. I paid a fine. But the problem is that the staff steals something from the room. Dear owner of this hotel. This stupid idea of some of your employee will ruin your business. No one wants to be accudes of action which they have not done. Dear guests, do not come to this hotel if you do not want to spoil your impression on this good country Vietnamm. Shamful and criminal practice of this hotel must be stopped. Друзья, будьте внимательны. Сегодня выписывались, оказалось, что нет ложки. Вначале в номере их было точно две. Как сами понимаете, нам она точно не нужна. Ложку не брали. Оплатили штраф. Доллар. Смешная цена, но настроение испортили. Разговаривали на рецепшен с таким тоном, что понимают, что мы ее украли. Не приезжайте в этот отель, если не хотите быть обвиненным в том, что не делали и не хотите испортить себе впечатление о хорошей стране. Позорная и преступная практика этого отеля должна быть прекращена.
