Perfect ocean view and location, but the check-in experience is terrible. Don’t come before 3-4pm.

Huge apartment building, extremely busy lobby and far too many people for us. This is not a hotel as such, so no phone in the room. The floor of our apartment was very dirty, we had to wear footwear all the time. The pool was very over crowded and an uninviting area with lots of screaming children. The location is right in the central heart of Nha Trang which is great if you like the hustle and bustle that comes with that type of location. The beach is right there and a huge selection of restaurants and shops are right on your doorstep.

Panorama is located city of center, night market is just around. Everything is good. Best choice in nha trang

Great hotel, quick check-in. Clean, comfortable room. No problems during our stay. Good view of the sea and sunset.

The service here is very good, customer care is very thoughtful and professional, the room is very clean and fragrant, the gym is fully equipped, I think this is the best and most wonderful choice when you come here to relax.

這是我住過最噁心、最坑人、最無底線的酒店！前台服務態度囂張跋扈，活像地主收租，客人根本不當人看。房間簡直是蟲子樂園——螞蟻、蟑螂成羣結隊，床單發黴發黃，空氣裏還有一股怪味。沒有前台電話，出了問題根本找不到人，完全是自生自滅。泳池、酒吧衹是擺設，封着不給用，宣傳全是騙人的。最可氣的是根本不能退房，錢一收完就翻臉不認人。住在這裏不僅花錢受罪，還要擔心健康問題，真心建議大家遠離這個鬼地方，不然你會後悔一輩子！ Đây là khách sạn tồi tệ, lừa đảo và vô đạo đức nhất mà tôi từng ở! Không có điện thoại lễ tân, gặp vấn đề thì không thể liên lạc, mặc kệ khách tự xoay xở. Hồ bơi, quầy bar chỉ để trưng, khóa lại không cho sử dụng, quảng cáo toàn là lừa gạt. Tệ nhất là hoàn toàn không thể hoàn tiền, nhận tiền xong thì trở mặt. Ở đây không chỉ mất tiền, chịu khổ, mà còn phải lo cho sức khỏe của mình. Chân thành khuyên mọi người tránh xa nơi này, kẻo hối hận cả đời! This is the most disgusting, deceitful, and shameless hotel I have ever stayed in! The front desk staff act arrogantly, like landlords collecting rent, with zero respect for guests. The room is basically a paradise for pests — ants and cockroaches everywhere, moldy and yellowed bed sheets, and a strange foul smell in the air. There’s no front desk phone, so if anything goes wrong, you’re completely on your own. The swimming pool and bar are just for show — locked up and unusable, with all the advertising being blatant lies. Worst of all, there are no refunds; once they take your money, they turn their back on you. Staying here means wasting money, suffering, and risking your health. Шикарный вид. Приятный номер. Цена качество. Остановилась бы ещё раз. В отеле есть ресторан , 2 бассейна на 6 и 40 этаже, спа.

Расположите хорошие! А вот уборка номера желает быть намного лучше

Một trải nghiệm tồi tệ không bao giờ muốn gặp phải vị trí đắc địa trung tâm thang máy thì quá đông không có điều hòa và quạt thông gió trong thang máy cảm giác bức bối vô cùng khó chịu nhận phòng thì chăn đệm nhăn nhúm bẩn thỉu gối thì nhăn nhú phòng cũ kỹ còn không có cả áo choàng và khăn lau chân . thật sự rất tồi tệ so với cái giá 2.300.000 bỏ ra cho gia đình . Bể bơi vô cực trên tầng trên cùng có phí người lớn là 200.000 1 người chú không kèm theo nơi lưu trú .mọi người cân nhắc nhé .
