Cleaning standard was very much up to standard. Better than a lot of hotels in Nha Trang.

Stay was okay, compared to last year when I stayed and the service was fantastic …Service starts at the front door , the attendants didn’t help with doors standing around inside not serving other people. Also we weren’t greeted when we came back late in the evening by attendance sitting behind the desk on their phones. Overall hotel cleanliness and location was very good breakfast attendance were very helpful in providing things that weren’t available to everybody else the omelettes were amazing thank you to the chef.!! Would stay again and have been promised an upgrade when we addressed our concerns the team were happy to assist

Our stay was perfect! We got a family room, it was clean, enough space for everyone, daily cleaning. People are helpful here. Breakfast was perfect. Pool with amazing view.

Lovely hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. Pool on the roof is not usable with sun loungers dropped into pool and needs an update. Breakfast is good and has a large selection.

Very nice, spacious and clean room. Closed to Dam Market for foods, fruits and shopping. Love the local area. Excellent customer service. Will definitely come back to stay and highly recommended to friends and family.

We stayed at 9 hotels in Vietnam and this one the best of all. I can give all 10 stars of 10. Very nice modern and clean rooms (we lived in connecting room with 2 kids, great for families), nice breakfast, good play room for kids. Pool on the top floor is fine with stunning view! If I will ever again need to comeback to Nha Trang, definitely will stay at that hotel again. Most of the hotels in Vietnam are far away from photos that you see and what you get in real. But this one you can trust, 100% same and worthy.

Excellent view and rooms are new, very clean at reasonable price. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

very nice staff welcoming us clean and spacious room with a large window view beautiful view from the roof swimming pool locate in the centre if city, easy to go tourist spot recommend for sure!

loads of different things given in the rooms including conditioner. brilliant location who’s a fab veiw of the local football pitch and we were lucky enough to be there at a time a game was on so gave us plenty of entertainment

Good locations close to many street food options Short stroll to the beach and the breakfast was a great start to the day ! Room was amazing and very clean for the price paid Great value for money :)

The room was clean with Bath and glass between the bathroom and bedroom allows you To enjoy takin bath while watching the favorite tv show. Breakfast was also fine, a lot of choices. Service team is friendly, they speak English and are ready to to assist anytime. Quick check in and check out🤍

호텔 위치, 룸, 루프탑 수영장, 서비스 모두 마음에 들었어요...다만 사소한 뭔가가 채워지지 않은게 문제라면 문제....일단 리모컨은 배터리가 떨어졌고...드라이어는 고장이 났고...(하우스키핑이 룸 정비 할 때 한 번 정도는 확인해야하죠!) 그리고 욕실 샤워젤 입구는 막혀서 잘 나오지 않았고...이런거 빼고는 다 좋았습니다...아 로비 옆에서 식사를 했는데...스테이크를 미디엄레어로 주문했는데...굽기 조절 실패!!! 그리고 하나 더...트윈 싱글 베드가 있는 룸을 예약했는데...킹사이즈 베드가 있는 방을 제공 받음...물론 체크인을 빠르게 할 수 있어 좋았고 혼자 여행이라 특별히 중요하지 않아 이 부분에 대해서는 컴플레인을 걸지 않았네요

Нам очень понравился отель, хотя очень переживали перед заездом. Конечно, было немного минусов в том же бассейне, детской игровой и номере (где-то сколы, подтеки у ванны) , на крыше часть зоны закрыта- так как там опасно находится, может, отваливается плитка или что-то). Игровая не очень чистая местами (коврики), где-то требует обновления. Но нас это нисколько не смутило, было чисто в номере, столовой , убираться приходили каждый день, завтраки были полноценные, ребенок тоже всегда находил что поесть (3 года). Муж с удовольствием ходил в зал тренироваться, на ресепшене все доброжелательные и готовы помочь. На пляж нас возил личный трансфер отеля и забирал когда нам надо(шикарно!), водители прекрасные, к ребенку персонал особенно очень хорошо относился, предоставили кроватку. Горшка, ступенек не было. На пляже не всегда хватало лежаков, много отдыхающих, но мы находили места рядом. В целом рекомендуем отель. Учитывая , что в городе не найти двухкомнатных номеров- этот отель шткарный для этого(отдельный санузел), во второй комнате жила дочь подросток, она счастлива. Также хотелось бы отметить прекрасный вид! Супер, спасибо за все огромное!
