Great location …. Great service … fantastic pool and beach area.

It was a pleasant experience for xmas family trip. Hotel location is awesome. It is right in front of the beach with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the hotel is a bit old with a lot of signs of wearing.

Booked the penthouse for 2 bedroom, but when we arrive the light will spoil has to ask them twice to repair, although everything seems old but the service from the staff were ver good. Just hope next time they will check the place before guest arrive

This is my 2nd time staying at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Spa and stay was fantastic! Check-in and Check-out were fast. Stay was so pleasant and loved the beautiful Christmas decoration (giant Christmas tree and ginger bread house). Staff (bellmen, frontdesk, housekeeping, dining area) were all so friendly and helpful. Location is awesome too! Room and amenities are so well furnished and well supplied. Defiinitely recommended for all tourists who want to stay at Nha Trang!

It’s in the centre, and easy to walk down to the beach, but the swimming pool was closed on our second day.

I had a great stay, I have no bad comment, and only good things to say about everything. I will definitely come back

When checking in, It took several hours for our luggage to be delivered to our room. However, the hotel manager quickly resolved the issue and the staff member who had made the mistake also sincerely apologized to us. We are truly satisfied with the sincere response from the hotel staff. As a result, we had a very good time at this hotel. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Nha Trang. The service and facilities at this hotel were excellent !

Service was first class. The staff were proud to be working for the Sheraton and the brand itself, which is what you want to hear from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had. Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, "Sir, this is the Sheraton!". It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.

Sheraton Nha Trang completely exceeded our expectations. We booked Executive Suite, at 19th floor, right facing to sea. The room is spacious, has 2 balconies, 2 toilets, 1 massage bathtub, living room, and very comfortable bed in bedroom. I emailed to them what brand of mattress they use. I want to buy one at home. Front office manager Michelle, Director of Rooms Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong and the rest of staff are all very friendly and helpful. We admire their positive altitude of solving problems actively. Michelle can even recognize us and handed over her business card in breakfast hall. Spa is international price ( expensive than local normal price), but I have to say, it was excellent. I almost fell asleep. The highlights are too many to write here, I sincerely recommend you all to give Sheraton a chance to bring you surprise.

Hotel location is very convenient to explore a city view

The Altitude Rooftop bar located at 28th floor was a good place to enjoy a drink with a beautiful night view of the beach coastline. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, fruits and nice banh mi too.

It was such a greatl time staying at Sheraton. All the staffs were nice and helpful. Especially the reception manager, Ms. Uyen Michelle, who assisted us was a star! From the check in till check out she helped us. Even after checked out when we had some problem communicating with the bus company she was willing to interpret for us. We do appreciate for her great hospitality and warmth. Thank you!
