This place is a dump! The pictures actually look much better than the way that it looks in person. Please read the reviews on Google before booking! The staff was rude and hung up on us when we called and asked a simple question. Do yourself a favor and go to a much nicer place without all of the disrespect from the staff!

Room was dirty. Not vacuumed prior to guest check-in. Found body hair on the bedsheets, all over the bathroom floor. The blinds does not cover the left and bottom of the window so privacy is a concern.

The bathroom is very small, with very less lighting in the room . For this cold weather no winter blankets were available.

‼️⛔️⚠️WARNING: DO NOT BOOK A ROOM‼️⛔️⚠️ ‼️⛔️⚠️SCAM ALERT‼️⛔️⚠️ I booked a room at this motel and had the most revolting, gruesome days of my life. Firstly, I booked a carpet less room but the disrespectful owner gave me a room with a carpet. Secondly, the owner was extremely rude and when I tried to negotiate with her, she said that ( for no reason ) we should be used to living in these small rooms. Thirdly, the room had a toilet, which the door could not close properly and had crackers in the ceiling and floor. Fourthly, when we asked the owner if the room could be cleaned, she said no disrespectfully, so I had to sleep in a dirty room for the 4 days we were saying . To add on to this, when I asked if I could have a refund and book a motel/hotel elsewhere ,she disrespectfully said no . I WISH I COULD RATE THIS MOTEL 0 STARS BUT THIS IS THE LEAST I CAN DO. ‼️⛔️⚠️I AM WARNING YOU THIS IS A SCAM. ‼️ ⛔️⚠️

Nice stay
It was okay stay. Just there for few hours. Minor improvement needed to make it better, but overall fine. No issues.
Just have 100$ cash for security deposit or use Zelle and do not forget to mention your name in the transaction. Owner is good and helpful.

unsatisfied wouldn't recommend
Room was very small including the bathroom. Alot of safety issues. There was a power strip between the microwave and " refrigerator". After opening the refrigerator to put drinks in I went to remove the tray in it. Water went all over the dresser. Fast thinking i move the power strip. The outlet by the bed the cover fell off. Not secured and the outlet itself wasn't secured either. Fire safety issue for sure on an outside wall. This photo is the outlet Im talking about. Blow it up as you can see it's not lined up with the opening that was cut for the outlet to go in. The lady was very nice but very hard to understand. If you go on the website looking at pictures 4-7 was the way our room was.

The room is not clean and bad smell and I was required to deposit $100, credit card will be supercharged 7% for refund. No cash is accepted. The office will only open at 9 am for returning room key. I have no way to drop off the key earlier until 9 am for check out.

The only good thing about this motel is that it's close to Niagara falls and slightly more affordable than other motels in the area. I paid $115 for this and I think it's worth maybe $40/night (that's being generous). This is the worst motel I've ever been to. Everything is old and outdated. The small TV didn't work AC was a joke (more like a small fan) dirty floor / beds bathroom was clean and acceptable and had hot water Host was a nice person The beds were so stiff and I was so hot that I couldn't sleep through the night and checked myself out at 3am! I would rather shower at a truck stop and sleep in my car and save my money!
