Amazing night spent. Staff were super friendly and even though the weather was against us we still had an amazing time.

I was expecting right the falls view but it was not i have to go outside to get a little peak of the view of the falls, parking also a not very good i had to pay valey to get a parking. And we had dinner i orders steak for 72$ it was really bad 16oz steak was no seasoning. Overall all not a good experience maybe because I expected too much.. 

Booked room on 24/f with falls view Some pipes outside the window, ruins the view. No bottled water is provided. We have to get water at the lobby by provided plastic cup. Water kettle was out of water when I went down.

We had a great stay here! The location was amazing, and there were great views of the falls throughout the day from the higher floors. The hotel was close to some nice food places and the incline railway, with easy access to the main Niagara Falls attractions. Hotel service was very friendly as well, and we'd consider staying again.

We booked this hotel because our anniversary even tho its pricey but then not worth every penny, Its our special day and we expect to have nice stay first they put us to the highest floor so the falls are to far on the view i expect midway floor, second lack of amenities no slipper, no shower cup bathroom essentials are just little third there so many people and the elevator is so busy is not that they book but for the 2 days event. I didnt even use the pool its like over crowded lastly the parking we pay is horrible we park at the next street . Overall not coming back to this hotel. It supposed to be best hotel but NO!

I booked the hotel for the Niagara Falls view from the room. On this aspect, the hotel delivered on its promise! The view of the falls was magnificent from my room. This hotel is decorated in old style Marriott, the reception area is a bit tired looking. The hotel doesn’t provide any bathroom amenities unless you ask for them. The front desk staff don’t smile when they serve you.

I loved the convenient location—perfect for exploring Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, especially in toilet. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement.

The hotel common areas and its processes seem quite dated, but generally still a pleasant stay overall. Clean, spacious, modern-looking, and quiet room. Good view of Niagara Falls, both at the lift lobby and restaurant/cafe. Towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body soap. Equipped with bathtub (instant hot water for shower/bath), TV, fridge, iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Ample power sockets and good air-con / heater. Good facilities with pool and gym, and business centre (desktops near the lobby). Parking is available at a fee, albeit expensive. Has Starbucks and souvenir shop at the lobby. Offers free wine / beer sampling and WeGo bus transport card for sightseeing.

We were here for the Victoria Day long weekend. Check-in was easy, and they had a room available as early as 1 pm. This was incredibly helpful, as we were here for a dance competition and needed the space to rest between dances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Milestones host and servers were very accommodating to our large party, despite needing to change the party number multiple times. We had a city view room, but had a wonderful view of the falls from the large windows by the elevators and in the restaurant. The location is great for viewing the falls, but is a bit of a trek to Clifton Hill.

You will be charged a tax for everything you purchase valet $59 after valet tax $79 , eat at the restaurant your bill will have 4 separate taxes including a resort fee , yea that’s right they add a resort fee to your dinner bill,
