Holiday Inn Niagara Falls - by the Falls recensioner

The room was very nice and clean , the location is good parking was included so that’s a big bonus . The only issue we had was we asked for an extra half hr for check out and they said no problem but they came knocking on the door twice . Other then that it was a very pleasant stay I suggest it to everyone

Excellent location for Skylon Tower and the falls with free guest parking. IHG members can requested late checkout. The building is a 6 stories property, so you won’t have falls view, but it is very close to the falls (less than 10 mins walk)

Nice room with double queen size bed. The bathroom is spacious with great steam facility. 3 minutes walk to the Falls.

Très bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds des chutes et juste derrière la Skylon tower. Parking gratuit. L’hôtel est correct, bonne literie. Il y avait un drap et un couvre-lit tachés à notre arrivée mais lorsque je l’ai signalé l’équipe a été très réactive pour refaire les lits.

酒店位置離瀑布不遠，步行即可到達。辦理入住時前台會給停車場指引，酒店早餐也相當棒。床品舒適，總體值得入住。

酒店各方面都不錯，就是免費早餐必須給小費，小費從按金裏面扣除

離大瀑布走路5分鐘的路程，酒店不錯。

房間配套到位，有陽台，在房間能看到瀑布一景。

去多倫多的路上暫住一下

房間很大，離塔非常近，瀑布也是走路幾分鐘就可以到，停車免費 酒店還有個泳池，房間還帶陽台，但是酒店樓層不高導致在房間是看不到瀑布的

體驗非常差。性價比不高，先説下房間裏面吧，1樓的房間有一扇落地移門完全不能開 連一條縫都沒有 所以等於變相無窗房 無法通風。通風衹能靠空調，空調噪音非常大 開到最大風和飛機上分貝差不多…… 開到最小聲音也很響 晚上開着睡覺是不可能的…… 房間的隔音月人很差 隔壁用水都能聽的很清楚……讓人感覺在住motel，房間的門開關聲音也很大 所以導致噪音很大。在説下服務，服務就是幾乎沒有任何服務，沒有late check out 行李寄存衹有2-3小時。 check out當天如果你準備寄存行李再去做船看煙花的話幾乎是不可能。非常非常不合理 因為煙花10點放 最後導致我們拿着行李去做船看瀑布和煙花被拒 同行有一個人沒上船 在岸上看行李。真的讓人無語。100個不推薦。
