THE BROCK NIAGARA FALLS FALLSVIEW, TAPESTRY BY HILTON recensioner

First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.

Got the balcony room with view and the fireworks can be seen directly from the balcony too!!

I wouldn’t say I had a very pleasant stay at the Brock given that I paid over 300 dollars for the night. The room was recently renovated although I came in with a very noticeable smell (left from renovation materials..?) Some corners of the room were poorly done and I see stains on the carpet… The biggest issue I had here was the bathroom sink, which kept falling off the wall. Called the front desk and they quickly notified the maintenance person. Although this person never came and I waited till past 1AM… My room was basically without a sink for the remainder of my stay and I’m not sure what kind of resolution they’ll be able to provide. The window is also kind of dirty, it certainly affects the Fallsview feature after all. Overall not a pleasant stay and not recommended for this price.

The view was so nice! We are on the 9th floor

Though it was the cheapest hotel nearby casino, and by the Falls. We booked a City View room, ended up having a "indoor pool view" room. Size of the rooms was small, and the bathroom was definitely smallest I've ever been in. Worse the a budget motel/inn, bathroom was smaller then Tokyo mediocre hotel.

The view of niagara fall is blocked by trees. Definitely not a total view as described.

Gorgeous hotel, clean beautiful room and view. The only issue was that there was an adjoined room and the door was very thin. Every sound could be heard on the other side of the door to the extent it felt like it was shared. Uncomfortable.
