If hell had a basement it would be better than this place. Just don’t. I had super low expectations but this place exceeded my worst nightmares. The condemned pool is overgrown and filled with trash. No air conditioning at plus 40 so we took shifts staying awake to keep the door open a crack. We bought bed bug spray and washed everything before entering our next place.

Believe every bad rating you read on every travel site when it comes to this rundown, crack house hotel. None of the 'amenities' they list are real. It is all nothing but 'brochure lies'. There is no pool...just a place where a pool used to be. There are no appliances other than the odd microwave oven. The list goes on and on of the things that are NOT here. The building is crumbling, cockroach and bedbug ridden, and infested with mice and rats. Looking for black mould, sewage back-up, ground in dirt and drug use out in the open? This is the place for you, then.

Terrible place for people coming to live in Niagara Falls. Not a place you want to put your senior parents in. Stay away. Rooms unfinished unfurnished bed bugs cockroaches no heat no hot water not clean flooding in rooms. No pool in the summer. Mail gets stolen. **********. Drug dealers. Personal belongings get stolen. Highly advise you look for somewhere else. Owner is a known slumlord over here and over the border. No security. Terrible management. Not as shown in pictures at all. Please take this place off your site. It’s not as what it shows.

Stay away from this place, I have lost 135 $, when I checked the room...I took my family somewhere else, the rooms are terible. I booked two queen bed room, but instead i get only 1 queen bed small room with pilows without the sheets. STAY AWAY!!

The hotel was basically uninhabitable: under renovation, filthy, pool nearly empty with a mouse in water at bottom, no breakfast as promised, no tv, no towels, smelly, office blocked off, Manager told me he would refund money to booking agent, but refused to do so.

I do not recommend. The day prior, the host had quickly welcomed us and flagged Tom Cruz was filming at their property. In that same correspondence, we notified the inn that we would be coming late in the evening and asked if there were specific check-in instructions. We received no response. We arrive late in the evening and we could not check-in. The other reviews are accurate, the area is littered, the building and surrounding area is in need of repair, and overall the place feels unsafe and sketchy. We called all 4 numbers posted on the door - no response. I had to call booking platform for support - they stated they tried to connect with her and received no response so the platform cancelled our stay. Unfortunately, this was late in the night and we scrambled for a last-minute reservation at another inn. Despite the uncomfortable experience I did enjoy Niagra Falls :)

One of the worst inns I have ever been to.. Never stayed overnight.. Thankfully got reimbursed.. Trip advisor should not be promoting this place.. The conditions are deplorable at best.. The description of the place is completely false.. Word of warning do not go there! Don't believe what ******* says about it or trip advisor.. It should be closed down.. Instead of it being called EDGECLIFF inn. It should be pushed offf the edge of a cliff!

We enjoyed staying here. It was close to the falls and in a quiet area. The outside has the feel of a park setting which is unusual for a hotel. Comfortable and affordable. We would we stay there again in the future.
