We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Nice - VERY nice area with a nice garden area and a small pool - very discreet place with a wonderful friendly helpful staff - we will be back

The shower had no door or curtain and jet blasts of water randomly shot up from holes in the bottom of the tub

Small room but it was nice, comfortable, clean and very centric! 5 minutes away from the beach and the area where all the restaurants are. Staff was very nice and helpful! They can store your luggage before check in and after if needed !

This hotel was conveniently located, a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants of Nice. Check in was easy, room was clean and had everything you expect in a hotel. We didn't use any of the facilities as we were out exploring most of the time.

The quality of this hotel does not match the price. The rooms are poorly lit. If you end up on the ground floor, you not only hear the noise from the street but also from the plumbing when guests in the rooms above shower or flush the toilet. Don't move while you sleep because the noise from the bed will wake you up. The bathroom has flaws. The only good thing is the staff, who are friendly. It should not be a 4-star hotel at all. I would never repeat this experience.

We really liked the unique decor of the hotel, with every room decorated differently by various artists. We enjoyed the location as it was not far from the waterfront and there was a huge assortment of restaurants, most with outdoor seating. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. There is undergound parking available several blocks away for about 20 Euros per day, which allowed multiple entry and exit during the day. Very enjoyable stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Nice and we fell in love with the Windsor Hotel. From the second we arrived we fell in love with it’s aesthetic. From its beautiful garden and homely presence the whole building was spectacular. Everyday we found something new we loved about the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the food served was outstanding. However, we chose to opt out for local businesses due to expensive pricing. We loved the staff who were very accommodating, fun and each with their own charm. However, rather disappointingly we did find two in particular quite short coming and rude. We tried to explain about paying for drinks and they looked at us like ****** and spoke to us as though we weren’t making any sense. We were obsessed with the garden and the pool. We loved the little parrots in the garden. Waking up in the morning with the sun shining through and hearing the birds sing was truly beautiful thing. The hotel is really accessible to various locations and easy to walk to and from. It was situated perfectly in the town. Honestly despite a few minor hiccups the whole experience was amazing and we loved every second. We will be back!
