Den första tillgängliga lägenheten hade en trasig luftkonditionering och en smutsig soffsits. Efter att ha väntat i över 1 timme på att receptionisten skulle kolla och ta emot en till, fick jag plats i ett med soffan genomblöt och smutsig.

Great location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat.

I highly recommend the hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. My stay was perfect

The hotel is good for its position and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Two bedrooms and a living room with equipment for kitchen are good if you stay with family and children. Two details I didn’t like. 1. Our sink in a bathroom was tapped and water didn’t go down. I called to reception to fix it, they answered that they don’t have anyone to come and fix it. The lady told me she will call me back to help me somehow but she never did it. We had 3 children and 3 adults and it was almost impossible to use a sink which is not nice at all. 2. The receptionist couldn’t give me an invoice for a company and avoid any responsibility of it. It’s not professional and nice as well.

We had to book this hotel very last minute and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was lovely with the rooms very clean and staff super friendly. We recommend this hotel for its location as it was close to the tram line, old Nice and train line and the beach!

酒店位置十分好由機場坐電車到酒店1小時內到達，酒店對面有麥當勞大型超市家樂福很方便。房間附有小型廚房，設備很好。房間尚算乾淨，但不足的是我們住了四晚酒店沒有派人員來清潔房間。不換毛巾，也不收垃圾。
