my fiancé and I returned to the hotel and parked our small rental car in a space that was tight but did not obstruct any other vehicles. Shortly after parking, an unidentified man — who appeared to be a Black male, dressed in casual clothing with no visible hotel ID or uniform — approached us in the dark and aggressively demanded that we leave the car park.
He did not introduce himself, did not provide any identification, and did not explain his authority. When we calmly asked for clarification about why we needed to move, he refused to answer and repeated his demand in an increasingly hostile tone.
We were already feeling uneasy due to his unprofessional conduct and the fact that he was not in any identifiable uniform. When my fiancé asked again for an explanation, the man responded with “F*** you. Just get out.” When we refused to comply without understanding the reason, the man physically assaulted my fiancé — trying to push him to the ground.
Only later did we learn, to our disbelief, that this individual is a night staff member employed by your hotel. This is completely unacceptable.
