Super kind and welcoming people running the hotel. It is extremely close to the airport which is convenient if you’re arriving after a long trip but a bit far from main attractions and good restaurants. The rooms are cute and the garden area is nice and inviting. Easily would recommend this place for anyone wanting a smooth hotel experience in Nice.

We spent one night before our flight, at this lovely hotel. While the rooms were small, they were adequate and were overshadowed by the kindness of the hosts, beautiful gardens, and wonderful breakfast buffet. The hosts went out of their way to provide us with a lovely, pleasant stay and the homemade banana bread only added to the fantastic breakfast shared in the lush garden. I did cut an extra slice of banana bread and wrapped it for the plane ride home. Perfect last night in France.

Very very nice and cosy Villahotel, it’s like living in a private house. We enjoyed our stay so much, and we prolonged our stay as we found it very easy to commute around the whole Nice-area from the location. Close to airport but there’s only a distant noise from the planes. Close to the beach and Promenade des Anglais. We used the Lime e-bikes every day. The Tram is also very close. 9 rooms with baths, each decorated individually, clean and with aircon. The breakfast was excactly how we like it with lots of fruit, berries, yoghurt, bread and croissants etc. We enjoyed every morning in the beautiful garden with lots of flowers and plants and colourful decor. Vittorio and Rafaele are kind and helpful and very nice people. They brought our prefered coffee and tea every morning. Borrowed umbrella for a day and also helpful with our scooter, and our day of departure, luggagestorage etc. We would love to come back :)

This is the most cosy hotel, that has a nice and homey vibe. I loved my stay, and felt taken care of at all times. The staff were very polite, funny, and helpful with explaining the area. I stayed here alone as a woman in my early twenties, and felt safe at all times during my stay. Will definetly be staying here again

The owners couldn't have been more helpful. They even helped squeeze our car into a very right partking space in the street outside. They are lovely people and really put themselves out to help and welcome all their guests. Parking in Nice isn't easy but there is a tram stop just within a few minutes' walking distance. €1.50 ticket each way to the centre of Nice and the ticket machine is at the tram stop and very easy to work out. You can also get a tram straight to the airport from the bottom of the road. Next time we visit we'd come in by tram and hire the car the next day from the airport. Definitely a place we'd want to come back to.

Charmante étape ! Propreté exemplaire, excellent petit déjeuner (cake, gâteau, jus d'orange frais) servis avec le sourire dans un joli petitjardin. Sur demande parking à 200 mètres. Les transports publiques directement pour Nice son à 3 minutes à pied. Bravo à ces hôteliers !

Meine Frau und ich waren nur eine Nacht in diesem charmanten Hotel, aber der Aufenthalt bleibt uns in sehr guter Erinnerung. Die Lage ist ideal – zwischen Flughafen und Innenstadt von Nizza, gut erreichbar und mit eigenem Parkplatz nur zwei Straßen entfernt. Die Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe macht den Weg ins Zentrum schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat eine ganz besondere, persönliche Atmosphäre. Ein echtes Highlight ist der wunderschöne Garten – eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker – ein gelungener Start in den Tag. Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt kurz war, war er sehr besonders. Ein echter Geheimtipp, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Le cadre cosy est magnifique, tout est harmonieux et agréable, de l'accueil (bonbons et bouteilles d'eau) au départ, les patrons sont très attentionné et d'une grande gentillesse, sans parler du buffet du petit déjeuner exceptionnel ! Nous y avons envoyé des parents qui ont été enthousiasmé. Vraiment nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Merci pour ce très bon séjour.
