The room was crap. The basket in the bathroom is broken (the lid) On the wall on the bed next to a killed mosquito with blood on the wall. The balcony is dirty. Room 325 I will not say about the coffee that very bad. We return to the hotel at 1 in the night and there is NO ONE at the reception and the front door is closed. Found a gentleman and said the door to enter the hotel is from the back. And the code is written on the paper of the room card. It's a good thing that the man was there, otherwise we would have been looking to see how we could get in.

On the plus are the clean and spacious rooms, the friendly staff and the pretty pool. On the negative is the pretty basic continental breakfast and the very bad and unpolite attitude from the management.

Rooms are large enough and very clean. The room was cleaned daily. Linen and towels were changed on the fourth day. The balcony is large. Breakfast is ok, not much diversity though. In September, the pool area didn't seem very popular. Very polite and helpful staff. It's best if you have a car to travel around. The hotel is situated on the hill, in Violi Charaki, in the outskirts of Rethymno. The trip on foot to/from the old town of takes about one hour. As a compensation is the stunning view from the road.

Certes, la chambre est correcte (exception faite de la vmc très bruyante). Pas de restaurant le dimanche soir, petit déjeuner servi entre 9h et 10h (dommage si vous voulez partir tôt). Pas de personnel après 23h, insonorisation moyenne. Et 4.5 km du centre ville.

Hôtel sympa à 10 mn en voiture de Rehymnon avec grande chambre propre avec terrasse sympa, par contre la VMC de la salle de bain est très bruyante. Belle piscine avec beaucoup de transats et joli jardin. Le seul bémol et pas des moindres c'est la qualité des repas qui fait vraiment très cantine et donc pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ça ne le vaut pas du tout, aucune spécialité grecque durant 4 jours en demie pension c'est bien dommage ...on a dû aller au restaurant dans la ville de rethymnon pour enfin goûter des spécialités grecques....

accueil sympathique,personnel à l'écoute de nos moindres demandes, chambre très propre, spacieuse, avec un balcon donnant sur la mer, une belle piscine. En raison d'un retard de notre vol, nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit, et un en cas fort bien présenté nous attendait dans la chambre , attention que nous avons appréciée. Un bémol pour le jus de fruit du petit déjeuner ! autrement un hôtel à recommander
