The best part is the location and the resort itself. The staff were polite and service was good and they helped us by guiding with right places to visit. The downside is the roads for few kms close to the resorts due to some ongoing constructions and hope it gets improved with time.

This place is situated in the remotest part of emerald that means you dont get access to any thing that is close to city so the least we customers expect is give us TV with active OTT/ cable connection - its a pathetic situation that Nature Resorts recharges the cable tv on a daily basis and on the days when customers are checked in - its better to give them good experience - i know i am sounding like a retard who bothers about petty things like TV...trust me guys - after some point the beautiful valley and all the glory will get bored and you tend to look for some home entertainment....especially when you travel with kid... disappointed

One of the best places that we have visited in a while.... The place is away from the hustle and bustle and is at ab apt location to enjoy peace and serenity. Rooms are well designed and the bathrooms are quite big. The cleanliness levels were very good. Rohan who is the manager there or I should say one *** army of the place is the reason the service levels are so good .. He is extremely helpful and is very courteous. He understands what the guest's need and is always willing to help. Prem who is the chef there making some amazing delicacies. We througly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a good time out. A big thank you to Rohan, Prem and the Entire team.

Outside the city chaos’s, this stay is a perfect getaway anyone would need with Nilgiris surrounding 360 degrees. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing retreat. The food was cooked fresh and tasty by chef Prem. Simbu and Rohan are very helpful and accommodating people. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. We had a really good time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful location and great experience.. thanks to Simbhu and Rohan for making our stay comfortable. Loved Prem's cooking and would definitely come here again for the food. Emerald lake is a paradise for sunrises/sunsets.. 5 stars all the way

Perfect getaway. Property is very well maintained. Food is good as well. Only 2 rooms so property isn’t crowded. Staff is very helpful and professional. Rohan is always on top of your requests and he makes sure you enjoy your perfect stay there. It’s around 1 hour drive from Ooty main Center. Perfect spot for your next Ooty trip.

Had a wonderful stay at Emerald Resort. The rooms were spotless, and the location was incredibly peaceful—perfect for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature. Being away from the city made it an ideal place to unwind and take in the beautiful scenery. The service was excellent, with special mention to Rohan, Silambarasan, the housekeeping lady, and the chef. They ensured everything was seamless, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The team was very helpful and catered to every need and request. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the daily hustle.

Roshan and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you, chef prem. The food was quite good. I stayed two days and had a really relaxing and enjoyable visit. Small resort with only two rooms located in the top hill station, but comfortable, and the staff takes excellent care of its visitors. Avalanche and Emerald Lakes were nearby, and the tea and carrot gardens were lovely. The early morning bird sounds were very enjoyable. Fog and cold weather in the resort It is one hour from Ooty town. If you want to unwind, this is the finest place.
