The property offers a breathtaking view, and the room service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. In Ala Carte the selection can be expanded, also some menu items were unavailable. The rooms, while comfortable, could be cleaner, and the TV lacked standard channels. There were also wet patches on the walls. Additionally, the elevator (from room) was unreliable, forcing guests to use the stairs at times, which could be challenging for older guests. Despite these issues, my overall experience was very good, but these areas can be improved.

I had stayed there twice. View is very good. Rooms r old but good. Amenities are very good. Food is average. Staff is very polite and cooperative…………,,,,,……. Market , tourist places all r near by. Apart from avg food I think rest everything is very good

It was a fantastic stay at the La Montana Resorts. I spent some quality time with my family during our stay in November 2024. Breathtaking view from the balcony, Property is superbly designed and well maintained. They serve some delicious dishes and the service was very good. Karthik, Mani and Rohan from the restaurant team were brilliant with their service and more importantly they were proactive and courteous in their response. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

The services by restaurant staff was very good. And the overall hotel was good I enjoyed the view. It was beautiful and mesmerizing to stand in the balcony at night and watch the stars. Everyone should experience this hotel once if you come to Ooty.

Very nice place with a geat valley view. Friendly staffs. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Great food with a decent buffet breakfast and dinner. All major sightseeing points are easily reachable by road. Nice place to come with family and friends!

I had visited the property in 2012 with family when it was in the name of Sagar Inn. After 12 years, I am very happy to be here again. The property is the best in Ooty. Rooms are great, Service is fantastic. The breakfast is very decent. Impressed with the service of Rohan Gupta who serves in the Resturant. I would like to visit here again and also recommend it to my friends.
