Loved my stay here. Everyone was friendly and the room was quiet. The pool was big and there was a hot tub and sauna. I’ll be back!

The staff are well trained and polite. The location is not convenient. Surrounded by office buildings and no subway station. Must take a taxi. Breakfast average.

Very good hotel, except the porter. Didn’t provide any service when arrived. Breakfast is also good, quite rich

Hotel is excelent, allways I choose Pan Pacific Ningbo because the service is very well. Specially I have to tell, las time I made a mistake with my reservation then I talked with Mrs Lynn Liu and she helps to me very profesionally. I recomend this hotel without any doubt.

Very nice hotel, however our air conditioner was broken. Someone came to fix it, but it only worked for a few hours, then it went back to being hot. Nonetheless, the rooms are fantastic, the gym is great.

An unforgettable experience from my stay at the hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the furniture is modern. Breakfast offers a huge selection of different dishes. I would like to thank the executive floor staff for their hospitality, and the warmest greetings to Mrs. Lynn.

The location to access to the expo was very convenient, although the streets nearby were cut by works. Staff was helpful and the room had all the amenities you might need. Will definitively come back.
