Very very big room with washing machine! Clean and friendly. Good breakfast

very spacious, 1-night stay. washing machine with dryer. No suds were provided to the washing machine. free mineral water, bathroom with shower, and bathtub. 2-door fridge. A huge bed can sleep 3 people. The breakfast is not in the same building, 3 minutes walk to the next building. Front desk was helpful.

Highly recommend Pan Pacific Suites! The room was very spacious and new, with separate bedroom and living room. Great service, nice amenities, close to everything. Our 2 year old loved the indoor playground! Windy from Pan Pacific updated our room before we checked in and she was so sweet sending birthday gift to my daughter. Definitely will stay there again in our next trip to Ningbo.

good stay for 7 days nice surroundings

Service at the hotel is great. People are polite and friendly. Reception "Zhu Wen Jian" is the best. Breakfast is excellent. Hotels is next to the river. Taking a walk after dinner is very relaxing, Our family enjoyed the stay very much. There is a laundry machine in the room, It is very useful. However, TV and Internet service need to keep up.

The service was average. The food at the Thai restaurant was amazing! The location is not very close to main cities.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. Gym was amazing and pool was very nice. We didn’t eat here on this trip. Location is great if you are working in a company nearby but not great if visiting Ningbo for fun like us.

It's not the first time we staying at the hotel. Always an amazing experience. This time we even got upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite which was amazing cause we traveled with our 2 boys and stayed for 5 days. Pool is absolutely perfect and also the kids play zone.

和家裡人一起出來旅遊的，房間入住時候前台Andy幫忙做了一個免費升級升級到了他們的豪華套房，還為我們介紹了酒店的一些設施，房間進去後是超過我的預期的房間很大景觀往外看也非常不錯，還有一個小客廳非常贊。入住期間還有管家服務，有問題聯繫他們後都很快幫我解決了我的需求，入住體驗很好，下次還會再來。

整理非常滿意，環境好房間設施不算高科技但日常辦公差旅家庭出行都夠用，房間配有冰箱洗衣機入住多少首選，樓下健身房獨立前台及便利店茶室等一應俱全，中間有小插曲，Lynn第一時間協助處理，為高效專業客户至上的態度點贊

非常愉快的入住體驗，跟朋友一起來寧波玩，前台工作人員Jayson非常耐心介紹了房間佈局設施，安排的房間也非常滿意。房間細衞生做的很好，家人很滿意。早餐也非常豐盛，還有特色的寧波湯圓，很好吃！酒店停車免費，性價比很高，期待下次再來。

第一次來泛太體驗 房間乾淨整潔 睡的很舒服 一覺睡到大天亮 根本不想起床 還去體驗了一下酒店的健身房 對於我這種愛健身的我來説 器材是很齊全的 健身房有兩個 力量房對我來説我真的太喜歡了 另外前台的工作人員也很熱情 臨時走windy還貼心的遞給我一瓶水 感覺很好 體驗感滿滿 下次有機會來寧波首選還是泛太酒店
