The place is very beautiful. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very kind. I liked everything.

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. 🤩❤️ I was mesmerized as soon I stepped out my taxi. ❤️💕 this was a perfect weekend trip. They decorated my room for birthday, my room was amazing. Loved the tea room, caught up on some reading there. Hot springs facility is fantastic,perfect for winter. Breakfast 10/10 Thank you to Xiao Zhao and all the other staff members, you are genuinely kind and friendly.

Really nice, very quiet during the week. Lovely walks nearby. Good hospitality. Would be great if the courtyards had reclining chairs and tables.

Room is clean and comfortable. The facilities and area around the hotel are beautiful. Dining options for lunch and dinner are limited.

a nice quick trip out of the city..

A beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the water playground. The restaurant and the breakfast were of an excellent standard. Staff very kind and helpful (a very competent member of the staff supported our staying communicating in English). I suggest to check the deals in advance because the hot spring -water and inside playground may require an entrance ticket depending on the deal you book. (Entrance 150rmb/person). Hot spring in the evening are peaceful and pleasant. We could also fish and nearby there are nice restaurants options available and very beautiful walk/bicycle rides. Very green environment. The outside swimming pool is relatively small but pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

We attended a delightful wedding with the ceremony, dinner, and after party till midnight, and we had an amazing time ! The venue was no less than 'perfect' in every way.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. I booked, and paid extra for, a room with a view. The room issued had a view of other rooms. Hotel staff were very unhelpful. Lobby Bar has no food and no beer. Just a tiny cup of machine coffee for 5 euros. The ‘all day’ dining restaurant was only open for breakfast. A friend booked the cheapest and most basic room available and was given a fantastic top floor room with a great view. Would not use this hotel again, there are many to choose from in this area.

四月底全家出發來寧波山水君瀾度假酒店，一早管家就很細心的發了各種遊玩指南和注意事項，我們訂的兩間相鄰山景房間，視野非常棒。尤其是走到底的那間，房間佈局打掃整齊，給人舒適放鬆的感覺，窗景和陽台非常漂亮。這次有長者出行，全家都覺得酒店四面環山，空氣適宜，這裏的空氣太棒了，讓自己多吸氧。酒店中餐廳菜的份量大，品種多，價格實惠，三個晚上都在這裏吃。附近對面就是錢湖祕境，租車騎行很方便，坐下小火車去小普陀也很方便，酒店地理位置太好。曼殊山房的下午茶很優秀，連續三天下午都來吃下午茶，家裡老寶寶很滿意，石窯麪包好吃，下午茶糕點美味，景色宜人還有可愛的鞦韆。來這裏三天四晚，有一天是下雨的。酒店的小孟小夥子一直開接駁車來接我們，很有禮貌很有耐心，服務特別好，點個贊。管家人也很好，每天都很關心我們，也送了非常多的福利。來這家酒店真的很開心，居住遊玩體驗實在太好，明年再來。

此次五一寧波東錢湖之旅，第二晚住到了標間雙床房，雙床房比大床房感覺上大一點點，陽台望出去的山景依然不錯，早餐坐到了無敵景觀座，開心。半山温泉就在酒店旁邊，有不少露天的池子，看着美景，放鬆身心，小朋友特別開心，有空一定要去泡一泡的。酒店出門走幾步，就有租借自行車的，我們是早上起來後，趁着人不多，先在東錢湖邊專門的騎行道騎行了一小時，然後九點多再回酒店吃早飯，早餐的品種也很豐富，現做攤餅好好吃。君瀾度假酒店超出預期！

帶長者和娃全家出行，選擇了這家酒店。 位置的話從出遊來説不錯的，對面穿過下水濕地就是錢湖祕境，走過去大概就七八分鐘，然後錢湖祕境裏面人少景美，就算五一出遊，這一段人也很少，租個電動車或者自己走走逛逛非常舒服。 總體服務也不錯，來之前有電話詢問到達時間，幾間房也儘量都安排在了同層，送的山水一號的套餐可以直接用套餐，也可以抵扣券麪金額，非常靈活了。以及山水一號中餐廳作為酒店配套餐飲，可以説是價格很實惠了，味道也做得好吃。酒店旁邊走個七八分鐘有農家樂一條街，吃飯什麼的都很方面。 房間設施就是正常水準，沒有特別出彩或踩雷的地方。不足之處一個是早餐水準不太行，衹能隨便吃吃，另一個是外賣送不到的，要想吃東西別偷懶，自己走到旁邊農家樂去。 總體來説入住挺愉快的，家人也都覺得不錯。

酒店的地理位置不錯，距離濕地公園錢湖祕境1公里左右，步行可達，藏於山坳，四周環山，空氣質量甚佳。酒店的內部環境不錯，雖因與東錢湖略有些距離，無法在房間欣賞湖景，但錯落有致的園林景觀十分舒適，且頗有野趣。酒店的服務不錯，即便是在五一滿房的狀態下，無論餐飲還是客服都還是很到位的，並未混亂無序。特別是前台客服小孫姑娘，提前在微信上就先把酒店的大致情況及活動發給我，很貼心周到。在人從眾𠈌的假期能遠離人羣，還能欣賞美景享受美食，感恩感恩🙏

訂了2天親子複式套房，面積比較大，帶一個榻榻米的閣樓，孩子喜歡在上面玩耍玩具和積木過家家。別墅樓的環境也很雅緻，門口的圍棋盤很有氛圍，每次回來小孩子都想下一把，表揚管家小徐，考慮問題人性化周到，周圍景色也美，期待再次入住
