Niseko Grand Hotel recensioner

We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

The plus point of this hotel is the outdoor mixed gender onsen. The location is inconvenient, although there is shuttle bus provided but limited time slot. There is no convenience store or restaurant nearby. I was advised the late check out rate at ¥3300 per hour but I was confused when 1 of the staff advised another guest at ¥2200 per hour. Why double standard? I guess maybe it depends on the room type?

Very clean rooms, outdoor onsen some organic matter but mostly ok. Though they tried to close breakfast early on us one morning. 3 people including myself didn't get the full breakfast buffet. Parking is about 10 spaces or so. I went in late March, away from peak season so was enough.

Enjoyed our stay here, even though it was a little further than the rest of the hotels. Free parking and welcoming service staffs leads to a thumbs up! Will come back here next year, if i am headed to skiing again.

Service was good, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was ok, did not have dinner there because they only served buffet, had to eat outside, only limited choices, they provided shuttle buses to the ski areas but I didn’t use them as I had a rental car. 

The room was quite nice and seems to be newly refurbished. We booked a buffet dinner and the food offering was really good. The hot spring baths were also really relaxing and outdoor open-air unisex bath was also huge.

Onsen is amazing. As guests of the hotel, we get to used the onsen anytime of the evening to the morning. It was tranquil at night when my wife and I found the onsen all to ourselves. I went again in the early morning and soaked in the spring colors, again having the outdoor onsen to myself. We would stay again.

Like the onsen so much.

五層的餐廳可以俯瞰户外混浴温泉池美景，早餐質量高。房間整潔舒適有很大的暖風機，兩個停車場充足車位，對面的第二停車場旁邊還有温泉出水口，很多本地人來接水帶回去飲用。前台可以隨時領取混浴用的浴衣，不允許穿泳裝進入。大堂裏有小超市，扭蛋機，投幣寄存櫃。

酒店很老，部分設施比較老舊，但榻榻米房很適合帶孩子或多人居住；原本擔心三個人衞浴不夠，結果每天泡温泉，直接洗了澡，温泉1樓直通，説是有100年的歷史，温泉水很棒，泡完身上滑滑的，每天滑雪累的，泡了温泉睡得很香；酒店餐廳自助早晚都很簡單，特供晚餐要提前3天預訂，沒吃上。但酒店出門轉右走5分鐘有個餐廳，圖六圖七有一種醬汁拌過的烤牛肉超好吃，滑雪季老外擠爆了，最好預訂，不讓要晚上20:00以後才能吃上。他家的特調梅子酒也很好喝。圖四是到札幌的班車；圖五是到各滑雪場的班車。給大家分享！

雖外觀老舊但內部又新又高檔，溫泉湯非常有意境，是來二世谷不論旅遊或滑雪極佳的選擇

初めて行かせていただきました。 受付スタッフの方や朝食の時に対応して下さいましたスタッフの方いらっしゃいました。とても素晴らしい対応して下さいました。夫婦2人で一緒に感謝の気持ちです。 ちょっと気になるところは1人の若いお客様（日本人）が燃えるゴミ箱にペットボトル捨てていかれた後に他の方も何でも捨てられて行った時にはお客様のマナーの悪さに残念に思いました。とても注意が出来ない私でしたがゴミ箱の物を分別はさせていただきました。 我が子（マナーの悪い若い方）同じ世代がいます。同じことを教育できたのかとても不安になり夫婦で心配にもなりました。 これからもマナーの悪い方々に対して注意出来る大人でいたい自分がいます。 ホテルの方々、露天風呂、お部屋は最高でした。 また利用させていただきたく思います。 ありがとうございました。感謝致します。

幾年前就住過這裏，這次新裝修了。房間、湯、早餐都還可以，相比二世谷的價格，這家酒店是性價比天花板了。

之前看照片還很擔心會不會很舊，實際上房間都是新裝修的，很乾凈。酒店很古老，很有日本特色，昭和天皇曾經下榻。温泉通宵，室內室外都有，泡完特別舒服，泳衣免費使用。餐廳風景極好，早餐也很豐富。酒店大巴到各個雪場都很方便，愛了😍下次來二世谷還會來這裏。
