the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "

This was 3rd visit to srinagar and no doubt zostel made it more memorable. Super clean, awesome food, liked the vibe. Still that taste is on mouth.

Average place to stay beds were average clean washroom was the horrible part no exhaust so it’s stinky and bad. Food we didn’t try. Overall if you need a budget stay and can bear disgusting smelling washroom then u may stay

Comfortable stay. We stayed for 2 days. Manager imran and all staff were helpful and well behaved. Happening place. Property is clean and well located. Food was also good

Location very poor, difficult to find parking, un supportive rude abusive staff this is worst zostel, misleading photos, unhygienic unorganised bathroom, no drinking water in room, shoes not allowed inside property

Was visiting srinagar for the first time and i cannot recommend a better place than zostel. At barely 5 mins walk from dal lake and nishat garden i got to meet such amazing people at zostel that i'll cherish for the rest of my life. Beautiful memories created )
