Cosy timber house "Telemarkshytta", built in 1977, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees. 6 km from the centre of Treungen, 83 km from the centre of Kragerø, 128 km from the centre of Kristiansand, 100 m from the lake. Bathing place. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees. Rowing boat (on request). 530 m footpath to the house. Public parking 530 m. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Tjønnefoss" 2 km, railway station "Gjerstad" 50 km, ferry "Langesund" 107 km. Fishing possibilities 100 m. Please note: fishing [permit required]. The tap water has no drinking water quality. No running water in the house. "Telemarkshytta", 3-room house 60 m2. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm).
