i can only comment for the service,others is unknown because i didn't check in finally.
1st,hotel said receiption has English service but when i arrive,there were 2 girls who can not speak English,then they call a waitress from restaurant to talk with me,but she is not speak very well too.
2nd,they said checking in will be 2pm,the room is not ready,i said ok,i will come back by 2pm,but can I put the luggage here?,they said yes,you can put here,but you need to pay 300rub.
what?do you want me to travel with bags more than 5 hours?
and on Ctrip introduction the service for luggage is not marked chargeable.
I refused to pay these money,then i didn't check in and choose another hotel Marriott which is expensive but excellent service than this one.
Till now,they still not refund money,they said my mistake,bro,this is my 4th city during travel in Russia,Spb Moscow Ekaterinburg why i only cancel ur hotel?
