An excellent location with great value for money. Especially for people who want Halaal food. Location on the banks of the Crocodile River is stunning. Close to the Kruger Park entrance. The staff was generally pleasant. The meat provided is from Halaal sources.

Well situated lodge on the banks of the Crocodile River. Easy and quick entry into Kruger. Check in was quick and efficient- but for a 5 star resort at least offer your guests a cold drink or towel especially that you drove for over 3 hours. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Aircon’s work well. The food was good although there could be more variety. The staff are friendly. The spa and massages were ok- not quite 5 star , but reasonable. The early morning game drive was great. But the packed breakfast definitely needs improvement. Rather set out the different items and let guests choose what they want to take with them on the game drive. Also the ranger taking with a flask of coffee will be great rather than serving coffee so early in the foyer.

What a luxurious experience. From the friendly staff to the incredibly comfy bed. The food was a culinary delight and the portions were so satisfying. Would definitely recommend. It's not easy to find halaal fine dining but here it is on the banks of the crocodile River

Your Rooms are so, so beautiful. The location of the lodge is so great with a marvellous view across Crocodile River. Your entire stuff was so sweet and helpful in everyway. I was running late for a 14H00 Kruger Park drive, but they were very accommodative, such that it happened even after 15H00. The atmosphere your stuff created was very friendly and also that says, 'we are here for your comfortable stay.' thank you so very much...

The rooms, food, location and and staff were amazing. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with Buckler's Africa Lodge and what an excellent choice that was. Whether sitting on our bedroom balcony or laying at the pool, we enjoyed watching the elephants frolicking in crocodile river, the hippos and resident crocodile basking in the sun and the awesome staff pampered us throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning !!. Loved it !!

Rooms with kitchenettes views are amazing ,service is exemplary , food was delicious . Absolutely first class. A place to relax & unwind Enjoy nature & smell the fresh air Absolutely nothing unpleasant nor negative about experience here. Staff are here to please. go to Kruger park & come back & unwind here !

Our stay at Buckler’s lodge was simply lovely. The wild views (accompanied by lavish wildlife) amazed us as as we awoke. and as well as having amazing rooms, the staff were outstanding in answering any questions and making us feel welcome. Could not recommend this place more for a family/romantic stay- it’s perfect for everyone!!

Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The reception lady was an absolute gem. She went out of her way to accommodate us and made us feel valued. The waiters were fast, curious, friendly and assisted with our every request. We will definitely come again.
