Worst exp , AC was blasted out and gas leakage was there , room is not clean felt like booked oyo room of 300 rs per day Bathroom ahhh …not clean smell was coming. requested kettle to replace multiples times but they used to clean it and return the same for which i had heated argument. Advice - not to spend 3k even for single day room booking not worth it

酒店位置蠻不錯了，因為第一次入住，所以搞錯位置，還好兩間酒店就在隔壁，附近也很熱鬧，設施也不錯，只是房間比較老舊～

The the staff was so kind specially (Hemant Prateek Aman Raana ) these staff always on their duties and they give the best in the service they provide also the food was delicious and room facilities was also good the cleaning the hotel is near by metro station which is very easy for us

Ginger sec 63 is always a nice stay for business trips. Well connected with Metro Stn, Food Court and Other workplaces. Very Cooperative Staff especially at Restaurant Mr. Hemant, Mr. Aman Rana, Mr Amit Sen. Also, Food is Tasty. I enjoued my stay

It a fantastic stay at ginger, me and my friends stay at ginger. Excellent experience and specially restaurant team cooperative specially mention Hemant and Aman Rana they are friendly and polite, take care of us,.make our stay like home, Food was delicious and every day different items all.are very good.

The food is tasty and always full of different variety . The staff also providing an immacable hospitality and warmness like a home away from home . It’s recommended to come and stay here whether it’s official or private . The staff people in the dining area Mr . Hemant and Aman Rana have always the on spot customers requirement and trying to fullfill to the best level

During my recent stay at the Ginger Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the room service, particularly the cleanliness and attention to detail provided by Rajeshkumar. He was courteous, punctual, and ensured that the room remained spotless throughout my visit. Rajeshkumar consistently maintained a high standard of hygiene, changing linens daily, refilling toiletries without needing to be reminded, and always making sure the room was tidy and welcoming. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the stay even more pleasant. It's clear that he takes pride in his work. Overall, the room service experience, thanks to Rajeshkumar, was exceptional. I would highly recommend Ginger Hotel based on the excellent service provided.
