We understand your frustration regarding the breakfast situation. We would like to clarify that during check-in, our staff informed you that breakfast was available for an additional fee of 150 baht per person, as your room reservation did not include breakfast. At that time, you opted not to add breakfast to your booking.Therefore, when you arrived for breakfast the following morning, our staff reiterated the information provided at check-in, explaining that breakfast could still be purchased at the stated price.We regret any miscommunication or inconvenience this may have caused.
