Good point:
Hotel is nice and hotel price also can save budget . Near hotel have night market and spa and airport .
Weakness:
Room no bath towels , no hand towelsand no toilet roll.

The hotel is quite comfortable with the affordable price. Always stay at this hotel whenever visit Batam for work due to close location to airport. Many restaurants can be found in front of the hotel

Very nice room and value for money for the price. Less than 10 minutes drive to Hang Nadim Airport. Highly recommended for people that are transiting for one night at Batam.

Sy sangat kecewa dengan mbak receptionis nya, pertama sy ditempatkan di smoking room sy langsung request pindah kamar saat itu juga, dan sy sudah menegaskan anak sy alergi asap, asap rokok dan semua asap, tetapi sy dipindahkan di lantai 4 yg info nya dari mbak nya itu bagian non smoking room, tapi setiap saat asap masuk ke kamar sy sampe sesak dan sial ny sy menemukan banyak putung rokok di tempat sampah sebelah lift dihari sy check out, maksud sy kalau memang tidak ada room yg non smoking kenapa TIDAK JUJUR saja dan refund uang sy jadi sy bisa cari hotel lain yg bersedia menyediakan non smoking room untuk sy dan anak sy, kenapa harus berbohong ya?
sekalian ingin bertanya apa manusia2 yg kerja disini tidak tau ya kalau asap apa lagi asap rokok berbahaya untuk semua orang apa lagi balita? Kalau lihat ada balita kenapa tidak otomatis ditempatkan ke non smoking room dan kalau full kenapa tidak ditolak saja, kenapa harus bikin request atau note? Kan logika saja asap rokok bahaya apa lg buat balita? ANAK SY SAMPE MUNTAH2 banyak sekali di room ini DAN SAKIT gara2 ini, sekarang siapa yg mau tanggung jawab?
Kapok deh nginep disini lagi! Peringatan keras ini seperti nya bukan hotel yg kids friendly kalau bawa balita mending cari hotel lain.
