The staff are friendly though the cleaning is a mess. I stayed for 3 days and the cleaning staff did nothing but make the bed.

Drop off for baggage was inconvenient
Receptionist was not friendly

- Noisy Air Conditioner – The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even after adjusting the fan speed, the noise level remained the same. This made it difficult to sleep.
- Traffic Noise from the Road – Being on the 18th floor, I could still hear traffic noise from Rattanathibet Road throughout the night, which was quite disruptive.
- Disturbance by Hotel Staff – On 3pm-4pm, a hotel technician kept knocking on my door repeatedly and even attempted to have housekeeping open my room. I assume there was a misunderstanding regarding room numbers, but this caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern.
- Inconvenient Bathroom Setup – In the wet zone of the bathroom, there was only a soap dish designed for bar soap, despite the hotel providing liquid soap. This made it inconvenient to use the provided amenities.

Rooms are very old fashioned..bathroom has no shower but standing in bathtub...aircon is making an exstreme noice impossible for sleeping and therefore one sleeps naked in a much too warm room...towels are of very poor quality and shower gel smell is disgusting in todays world of so many possibilities..television is of worst quality I have experienced where one has difficulty to see the images..food is medium quality...entrance hall looks 5 star but the rest at the most 3 star hotel..therefore price per night is not in conformity of what is actually offered..

Hotel is too large ni atmosphere. Other hotels are,also large but feel warm and inviting.
Front office staff do not understand CS.
Had to carry our own bags even when there was a bell boy waiting who was playing in his phone
Asked for the business centre yes they do not have one. Really
Breakfast nothing really for vegetarian unlike other hotels Breakfast buffet
Would not stay again.
The big things every one can get right. It is the small thing which make a,difference.
No place mats on the tables . No napkins only tissues
No cutlery in the table

Saw some negative comments and was worried about the stay. Our 2-night stay ended up with great satisfaction. Room was in good size and clean. Breakfast could be better but overall worth of money.

False advertising for their rooms. They post photos of their newer rooms in the new tower when I booked but when I show up at hotel. They gave me the old building rooms which are super run down, the paints were chipping off their furnitures and the bathroom sink holes are rusting.
It was only when I went to front desk to ask them about this they then tell me only grand deluxe rooms above are in the new buildings. But on their listing their twin rooms were also photos of the newer room/ design.
It feels like they will try to put you in the old rooms unless you pay for upgrade or you complain. And this is my 2nd time staying with them. The first experience was unpleasant as well because they gave me a room with no warm water in the shower. Their technicians would claim the water is warm when it is room temperature.
I had to pay for upgrade because the room they gave me is old and dirty.
Feels like it's a scam every time I stay with them.
