The Islander Noosa Resort

Lovely resort, from the staff, to the rooms and the facilities. Advice was freely given and all round cleanliness was excellent. The basic 2 room villa was quite spacious and well planned out. Lots of pools, spas, 2 saunas and tennis courts.Highly recommend the islander.

Great place. Great location. I think we had a newly renovated room and it was fantastic (unit 20). We didn't spend a time of time at the resort, but it had lots of stuff. Overall great value and of course we overall loved Noosa - highly recommend the national park and nearby beaches.

This was my second stay at the Islander in Noosaville and it was even better than the first. I was greeted very warmly at check in and had a beautiful villa overlooking the pool. It was equipped with everything I needed for a wonderful stay. This is a fabulous place to stay - adjacent to the waterfront and all it offers. The staff are lovely and I highly recommend a visit.

We chose to stay at The Islander Resort because we love it's location in Noosaville and the facilities of tennis courts and pools/spa were a draw. We were in a 2 bed apartment near Cockleshell....the apartment is a little dated but it was spotless and facilities were good and all in working order. The cushion on the couch and the blankets in the bedrooms could do with a freshen up. One of the spas was emtpy but around the lagoon pool were two lovely hot spas and we used the tennis courts daily. The one big annoyance was the dreadful wifi. It connected sporadically and dropped constantly, luckily we didn't need to work/use our laptops. It's ok near reception but a disaster elsewhere. We let reception know and the explanation given was that it was just generally bad in the area. Not great if you don't have data on phones/ipads. The BBQ area at the pool was also good. Check out is 10am...we were packing the last of our belongings in the car and at 10.15 go ta call from reception to ask if they could tell housekeeping to come and clean our apartment now which was a bit rude. We enjoyed our stay but think next time I'll consider other options.

I visited this resort for a week ant the end of May and found Lauren on reception most helpful. Always there to greet and help the customer with a warm friendly smile. I would DEFINITELY revisit, due to her warm friendly customer service attitude.

Our second time back at the Islander Noosa. Just as good and deserving of my 5 stars. Staff, unit, grounds, amenities. Absolutely everything was spot on. Lydia and the ladies at the front desk do an outstanding job. Love the discount offered to returning guests, and also at the businesses close by. We will return for sure.

I generally do not write reviews on places we stay at, as everyone has their own opinion of what's great and what's not. I felt the need to write one on this resort , for the following reasons. It is the perfect family holiday resort. We stay in Noosa every year and this is our first time at the Islander Noosa, but it won't be our last. From checking in to vacating, the people running this business could not be more helpful and attuned to how a family holiday should be. They were efficient, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed in the deluxe villa at the front. it was clean, modern, and spacious, everything you could ask for as a family. All shops, cafes, and restaurants are right on your doorstep. This is how a family holiday should be, hats off to all managers and staff at this resort. This is called, a holiday resort done right! We will be back.

Fantastic place for a family getaway - choice of 3 pools and located right in the middle of Noosaville, with a bus stop right outside (free buses to and from Hastings Street on weekends). The apartments are comfortable and have everything you need for weekend stay. I liked that they had smart TVs with all the subscription services so the kids could watch what they wanted in the evening as a full day in the pool!

We had a wonderful family holiday at the Noosa Islander Resort. The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Pool was amazing. Fans and aircon in bedrooms. Great location. Plenty to do closeby. Great coffee from Moondoggies and the Thai from Tuk Tuk Thai was delicious - bonus you get discounts as a guest. Kids loved it as did we. Would definitely recommend staying here!
