Villa Noosa Hotel

Perfect place to rest your head for one or two nights as very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant next door, coffee shops and Woolies all less than 5 minutes walking distance. Would not recommend as a place to stay for a week as no garden to relax in. Would definitely stay again if needing to overnight.

Went for lunch never again waited 47 minits for a garlic bread then another 15 for mains chicken snitzel was bland not even chicken processed and 28 dollars. Absolutely disgusting service and food. Will never eat here again my partner had a steak that was ok but to wait so long and it was not busy was bad

This was definitely a low point of our trip around Australia. I would compare it to an old American motel. The doors were scratched and our room had a bad smell and the floor tiles felt sticky. The reception lady did reluctantly agree for our floor to be recleaned but it didn't make much of a difference. We ended up going to the (convenient location) Woolworths in the same business park for antibac wipes and scented candles! The location is good, just a short walk from the river and shops/restaurants nearby. We did have a couple of drinks in the attached bar, it was ok but closed quite early and some of the staff seemed a bit off. Good amount of toiletries provided in the room (soap, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner).

Very old fashioned and dingy but clean. Everyone was fresh and stocked. Bathrooms felt clean. Room felt clean. Nice outdoor area and seating. Just needs a paint job and a few more appliances. Would have liked a microwave. Staff clearly made the effort to give you a good experience (free drinks and friendly service) regardless of the venues flaws.

Good value for money hotel, Very clean, lovely staff. 10% off meals &free drink vouchers for adjoining hotel. Great meal. Room Large, bed Comfy, balcony, Quiet, with Woolworths shopping center next door. Loads of parking. Easy walking to main street, eateries etc. Only downside was nowhere to put your toiletries in bathroom, no shelves or vanity. But never the less would stay again and we fully recommend this hotel

We ordered off the seniors menu. I ordered chicken snitzel with salad and chips and mushroom gravy. Chicken snitzel was good, nice crispy coating and not overcooked. Salad was ok. Chips not all crunchy, mushroom gravy way too much salt, that's all you could taste. My husband had lamb rissoles , with mashed tinned peas!!!!! And mashed potato.. Rissoles were OK. Food overall was ok.

The room very clean the beds very comfy and clean. A pool too .The receptionist very nice and helpful.. . Having the restaurant so near was a bonus the food so good .. We really enjoyed our stay. We will go again in the near future .

I stayed in your property for one night for a wedding are my youngest niece, I have been hotelier for about 25 years from 2 star up to 5 stars. I have also stayed in backpackers. I’m fine if somethings old and but clean but when it’s plain dirty and in need of maintenance?people are paying a lot of money there’s absolutely no excuse. Please see some points that I would like to bring to your attention. 1. Extremely noisy rooms I could he’s the people next-door, Need to look at some type of buffer for in the middle of the interconnecting doors, all that I could hear them was talking and having sex and snoring. 2. I did not sleep 3. Beds are old I could feel the springs in my back. I ended up sleeping on the lounge 4. Bathrooms Needs capital 5. Broken tiles in bathroom 6. Mold in grouting 7. Toilet brush Rusty 8. Bathroom ceilings are rusty and moldy 9. Pillows need to be thrown away in fact they are falling apart see the photo, (seriously)??? 10. Mattress protector with yellow marks (we all know what that is) 11. There was a long ***** hair on the bottom of the sheet I don’t have long curly *****????! 12. There was rubbish under the bed in fact it was a used condom I’m fine if it’s small things but soon as I found the long ***** hair the bottom sheet when I was helping housekeeping ***** the room I instantly felt sick. I then looked under the bed and I found a condom. This hotel just absolutely ruined my whole weekend from a lovely wedding. Upon check out I asked for a email and she said was there a problem (this was an understatement) I just couldn’t of been bothered about talking to her about it and I just said the rooms need a lot of capital and she said all we are one of the cheapest in the area and you’re in Noosa. We live in a world of Covid I’m at 200% sure this room has not been cleaned to a Covid standard. I am severely embarrassed of the standard that you are providing to people

Went for lunch. Fish and chips and Caesar salad ordered. Order at counter for food and at bar for drinks. No table service - except food delivery. food was really good. Fish had crispy batter. Caesar salad was not drowned in mayo. Good sized servings. Pleasant atmosphere. High ceilings and open. Would definitely go again. Prices good. Nice way to spend a mid week business lunch. Plenty of parking
