Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Norcross, GA

I’ve stayed at multiple Country Inn and Suites and this was the worse by far. The hotel was very dated and had a weird smell. Once in the room I was very disappointed by the condition…the chain lock on the door was broken, the tub/ had cracks and was dingy. There was only one chair which was the desk chair and our room faced the street…don’t not make that mistake as the noise from the traffic can be heard ALL NIGHT LONG! Although the staff was polite and the breakfast was adequate, I would not recommend this hotel for future stays.

The hotel is like in the business area, it’s very quiet at night, doing the day it’s heavy traffic , but I didn’t mind because how fresh and clean it was, whole hotel was great, hot breakfast awesome

The place is old and dirty, pics on website did not represent the room we stayed in. The pics looks bright and fresh when in fact our room was old, dark and dank with a weird smell. Worst breakfast at a County Inn I have ever had, very little selections. Left early after 1 night, staff were very nice and accommodating, they were the only good thing.

We stayed one night on a cross country trip. The entire experience was pleasant. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed and pillows were some of the best I slept on while traveling. They offered a good hair products and lotion. It was centrally located and very easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is very dated and extremely run down. Also, VERY dirty. Will never stay again. Nor will I use Choice Hotels again if not absolutely necessary.

The Country Inn & Suites in Norcross is a Five Star experience, the staff are superb, the rooms are clean & comfortable and the building is well kept and I found during my Holiday stay that the interior lobby was beautifully decorated. The rooms look similar to the pictures in that they're as nice as I imagined, overall I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites in Norcross, GA to any business, family or solo traveler.

Very let down, walking up to the room we noticed the carpets really needed some attention, that was the first indicator! Our room (317) needs a new shower head that doesn't spray the wall, steam clean the furniture, clean the carpets (I sincerely felt like I couldn't walk around barefoot) get some epoxy for the tub to replace the missing piece, the bathroom overall was clean, the bed was the best part of the room . . . Just put some work into your hotel overall. The front desk staff yesterday was super nice. The front desk staff this morning was nice but kind of lost and couldn't get us our receipt. Breakfast was par for this type of establishment. Would we stay again, nope, we hadn't used a Radisson hotel since 2017 and we probably won't again for a few more years. I was barely able to give this place a 3, I hope they improve.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast bar included fried eggs, chicken patties, biscuits, waffles and yogurt. There were three juices from which to choose. The only issue was traffic noise on Jimmy Carter Boulevard, but it was still worth the convenience of the proximity to the wedding venue! The rooms are slightly dated but relatively clean. The openness of the suite was a definite plus!

My room was on the first floor, traffic noise was significant. There was trash in the parking lot and trash in the room on the floor. My confidence in the cleanliness of the room in general was shaken by the plastic and paper around the edges of the room. The towel rack in the bathroom had been pulled off the wall and put back up in a very makeshift manner. The towel rack was also hung over the front of the toilet requiring a sitter to ride side saddle. The shower head leaked 1/4 of the water out the back because the handheld hose was broken. The bath towels were very small. The nightstands were chipped an set carelessly, not square to the wall. The lamp shade were tilted. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the HVAC system worked, the shower was hot, the coffee was good and breakfast was better than average.
