Our country house 'feel under thatch' invites all year round on the spacious courtyard (12 000 m²) to relax and unwind. The new building has an open living and dining area, 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with 2 single beds, 2 Rooms with double bed), 2 baths, sauna, storage room (washing machine) and 2 south terraces with garden furniture and beach chair. The kitchen is high quality and fully equipped with fridge / freezer, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. For entertainment there is satellite TV and CD player available.The thatched shed next door offers plenty of storage space for sports equipment, bicycles or children's toys. The living area is equipped with a bright leather suite and two rocking chairs. A cozy dining table in the dormer invites you to linger. From the dormer you step onto the balcony with a wonderful view over the north beach. A sideboard divides the room so that you can find a cozy corner with a bed behind it. From this area there is also the second room, which is a bedroom with a double bed. The dyke nest offers sleeping space for 4 people. Behind the kitchen you will find the shower room.The dyke nest is also equipped with TV, stereo with CD player, garden furniture, grill and loungers. Dogs are allowed.The next restaurant on the dike is about 100m away. The Nordstrand spa center with swimming pool can be reached in a few minutes via a pedestrian bridge. Our ground floor apartment "Rosenhaus" has a size of approx. 75 m² and consists of a living and dining room with antique decorative tiled stove, bedroom, children's room, kitchen with 4-burner electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, blender , Toaster, shower room, terrace and garden. Sleeping places are available for 6 people. The Rosenhaus is equipped with a TV, stereo with CD player, microwave, washing machine, garden furniture and loungers. The Rosenhaus has two terraces, one for sole use to our rose garden with a view of the fishing pond, the other to the dike side. Dogs are allowed.The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom sleeps up to four people. There is a bunk bed with a pull-out bed. The lower bed is 1.4m wide and the other two beds are 90cm wide. The pull-out bed is only 1.90m long. The living room is divided into a cozy living area and an inviting dining area with a large dining table. In the kitchen there is another small dining area for 2 people. The next restaurant on the dike is about 100m away.
