Front Desk office is very clean and smells really Good , The worker is very professional and helpful.

Trip.com tried to help me with my complaint of not being able to take a shower instead they got me kicked out at 6:30 Hotel manager try to get me arrested for not being off Property 2 minutes after I complained cops escorted me off property and indecent outfit for sleeping then wrote me a ticket for indecent exposure in public all this because I couldn't take a shower cuz the water was scolding hot and they didn't want to fix it had to walk up and down five flights of stairs with everything I was staying with because if you left anything the ********** would be there in a second to steal everything people coming to your door at all hours of night trying to get in people outside screaming and hollering and on ***** doing ***** go outside to try to sell you ***** trying to do anything they could have steal anything from you worst place in the world do not go

I stayed here for 1 night because it is near the airport. But the room smells bad. The environment looks scary. I chose the breakfast included rate but there is no breakfast.
