Been here before. It was okay...for a nap an a shower. Also had alot of shops around the area

Expectations for a Motel 6 are modest—but this one is really disappointing. First room had broken AC; second room was missing the door chain, the clothes rack, the refrigerator, and the smoke detector. Stairs had dangerous frayed treads, were filled with stored items, and reeked of cigarette smoke. Office was never open; all interaction was through the night window.

Really wasn’t as bad as some of these reviews say. Perhaps I had a stroke of luck and had gotten a good room but it was clean and tidy. Very simple at a cheap price. I did get a single room with a no smoking policy so that might be why. There were some people making noises by walking in the hallway at night but that’s to be expected.

Absolutely the most disgusting motel I have ever visited. Everything from the check in desk, the stairway to the first floor and the bedroom all made me feel sick. The smell was appalling throughout, a mixture of stale vomit, cigarette smoke and feet. The check in desk had a window half blacked out so I have no idea what was happening with my credit card and passport. The bedroom was just awful. Curtains hanging off the wall. Cigarette burn holes in the blanket. The bedding may well have been white at one point but was now a very dull grey, not dark enough yet to hide the hairs of the previous guests though. It took all of 10 seconds for me to walk out and tell the young man on the check in desk that I simply couldn’t stay in this motel. To his credit, he didn’t question this at all. He actually seemed quite used to it and simply said “sorry about that” and started filling out a refund slip without any fuss. Ended up visiting the holiday inn across the road, more expensive but felt like a palace compared to this utter hell hole. I have never walked out of a hotel/motel before, I’m not a particularly fussy person, but there is no way I could stay in this place. I’d recommend to all to avoid.

This place should get 5 negative stars. We first got a room with somebody sleeping in it although the attendant said we were imagining things until we proved him wrong. Then we got a room that was so damn filthy that we asked for a different room. Wasn’t much better with cigarette burn holes in the sheets, lamps that have never been dusted, drapes falling off the windows and the shower that you were afraid to get into. Of course we didn’t because we just wanted to get out of here as fast as we could. I’ll be writing corporate as this place should be shut down by the health department. There are so many code violations. I don’t know how it is still operating. Who is getting paid off?
