This property is ideally located in the heart of the seaside village of Normanville with an easy walk to the beach & shops. It is a fully self contained separate dwelling situated at the rear of a semi-occupied smaller residence. Three good size comfortable bedrooms with walk in robes which would suit a family or couples. The open plan living area consists of lounge, dining & breakfast bar. Heating & cooling though-out the house together with an open fire place for the chilly weather. The house contains a small kitchen which compliments the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with seating for 8 overlooking a grassed area.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 22 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Wonderful stay at Normanville The place was well situated, very close to the beach and the town centre. It was very clean, and the fireplace was such a lovely addition - with plenty of firewood supplied. The photos on the website don't do it justice!

Wonderful villa in a great location A beautiful villa in a quiet location but within walking distance to beach and local township. We were visiting relatives so we spent a limited time at the cottage but enjoyed the atmosphere very much. Would be a perfect place for a family to stay. Immaculately clean, everything you would need for a stay was provided. Highly recommend.

Fire place hideaway A lovely little home with all you need to chill or do stuff. The open fire place with supplied wood was the kicker for us to stay here. Easy walking distance to dining, relaxing and recreational activities. Highly recommended for a couples getaway or small family or friends group. And of course, puppy loved it too.

Beautiful and clean What a beautiful little villa! Everything was very clean and above my (very high) expectations! They even had a Nespresso machine with pods :) Walking distance (about 5 min walk) to the jetty and about a 10 min walk to the Main Street (for the average person). I can’t wait to return 😁
