Fairfield Inn & Suites Charleston North/Ashley Phosphate

I like to highly recommend this hotel and the excellent customer service I received from Ari the front desk associate when checking in. being visually impaired the staff here bent over backwards to be helpful she solved my issue of safety helping me utilize the bathroom for hot water efficiently and lastly making sure we had a top floor room. If you're here on business make sure you see Ari for any assistance while you're here Already made sure that we had a large room it smelled great the place was extremely clean and the bathrooms hot water was exceptional if you ever need to stay in North Charleston I would recommend here every time

This is a good hotel. The reviews were mixed, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. There were 2 TVs and a couch, chair and desk. The desk chair didn't provide support, so I used a pillow. The air conditioner wasn't too noisy, and the bed was comfortable. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Wi Fi connection was good. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and the croissant breakfast sandwich was really good. The location is in a very congested area off Ashely Phosphate Rd off I 26. There was a lot of traffic even on the weekend.

As a business traveler, I have an opportunity to see a great many hotels within a very specific price point. As such, I would very gladly recommend to my fellow business travelers the Fairfield Inn & Suites Charleston North/Ashley Phosphate as for its wonderful and accommodating staff, clean and well-organized complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, and centralized location. Over the course of the past few months, I have had an opportunity to stay on multiple floors and a variety of rooms they have to offer. I have nothing negative to offer.

The location is great! Right off I-26. It is in a convenient spot so everything Charleston has to offer is easy to get to. I have stayed here several times and enjoyed each stay. The staff is great and helped me any time I had an issue whether it was my room key not working to fixing the shower handle.

Team Fairfield Charleston was AMAZING accommodating 100+ different reservations for a corporate account, while still making a personal connection with our frequent travelers. THIS is what customer service looks like and the facility shows it in all areas! I've stayed in at least 10 different rooms in this hotel. All great! Clean, great water pressure, soft towels, and AC that runs all night! No concerns as a women travelling alone for work. There is a PD there at night--cause its N. Charleston. Key card access at night, but still, someone on staff to assist! Heather, Quinn, and team make a home away from home. Fast response, and a true customer first style.

To be clear, I did not actually stay at this property. I made a reservation but cancelled it due to plans changing. What does concern me is that it appears that the general manager of the property is sending emails to guests encouraging them to only leave a positive review on trip advisor in exchange for 5K bonus points. Anybody that capitalizes on the 5K points cannot check the box below that they have not need offered any incentive for writing a review...
