Our experience at Tivoli Resort, Alipur, on February 12-13 was very disappointing. We booked 80 rooms for two days, but the management failed to provide even basic hospitality. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were leaking and had a bad smell, and the surroundings were untidy. Their card machine was also not working, which caused inconvenience. Such mismanagement is unacceptable for a venue that hosts big events. However, we appreciate Mr. Bhavnish for decorating the venue beautifully. His hard work made the space look amazing, from the stage setup to the floral arrangements. The lighting and colors created a great atmosphere for our guests. A big thank you to Chef Mr. Narender and Mr. Prakash for the delicious food. Every dish was full of flavor, and our guests enjoyed it a lot. Their dedication was truly appreciated. We also thank Mr. Amit for his help in managing everything smoothly. His support made a big difference in handling the arrangements. Though the overall hospitality was disappointing, the décor, food, and efforts of these individuals were the best part of our event.
