Location of property is good 1 km away from metro station. Room size is okay but the rooms as well as hotel need renovation. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

"i had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite booking a room through makemytrip, i was denied entry upon arrival, with the receptionist claiming there were no available rooms. After contacting makemytrip customer service, they intervened, and the hotel finally agreed to give us a room but asked us to wait until one was available. We had booked an ac room, but they initially tried to provide a non-ac room. After waiting for 1. 5 hours, we were given a room where the ac barely worked, the room was extremely small, and the shower wasn’t functioning at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and far from what we expected"

Hotel room was not so clean and was smaller as told at the time of booking. Also washroom was not up to the mark i. E. Not so clean and good. Overall the check-in and check-out process was smooth and staffs were good, but the hotel rooms were not up to the mark.
